These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, assessment, and digital products offered by The 8 Minute Fix ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The 8 Minute Fix is a digital educational program consisting of downloadable materials focused on oropharyngeal ("throat muscle") exercises and general sleep-quality education. The program is delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed healthcare provider. The 8 Minute Fix does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including obstructive sleep apnea.
The program is not intended for individuals with diagnosed severe obstructive sleep apnea. Always consult your physician before beginning any new health or exercise routine. Your use of the program is at your own discretion and risk.
Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Any references to research, outcomes, or experiences are illustrative and do not promise that you will achieve similar results. Factors such as consistency, individual health, and other variables affect outcomes.
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share the materials with others without our written permission.
All content, text, design, and materials within the Service are owned by The 8 Minute Fix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout through our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Access to digital materials is granted after payment is confirmed.
Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
