The 30-day guarantee applies to purchases made directly through our official website. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund activity).
